Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the receival date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the condition they were purchased in.
  • Original dispatch notice must be included with the return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Please ensure returns are sent to the correct return address. MAZORCA Brand will not be responsible for refunds if items are returned to the wrong address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
