International delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier conditions beyond our control. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Carrier
Domestic orders are fulfilled by Future Fulfilment from our Brisbane, QLD warehouse via Australia Post eParcel. Select items shipped direct from our supplier are sent via NextSmartShip.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
